We’re so glad your family has decided to come visit us at the Kidz Garden. We hope that you and your child enjoy your time with us. To facilitate check-in please fill out this form and bring it with you on Sunday. We will have extra copies at the visitor check-in table if you prefer to do it there.
When you arrive please stop by the visitor check-in table to drop-off of fill out your information form. Give the completed form to a member of our ministry team who will be at the check-in table. They will give each member of your family a name tag and be able to answer any questions you have.
Once you have your name tags please escort your child to their classroom. Please make sure your child keeps their name tag on and don’t lose your name tag either. The tag contains your family number and is needed to pick your children up at the end of service.
